You demonstrate professionalism in everything you do and value building strong relationships within and outside your team. You are bilingual (English/Spanish) as part of your role.

What You’ll Do

As a Financial Analyst JR, you will:

• Support Managers and Directors in Sales and Operations by preparing financial reports and performing expense analysis.
• Assist business partners in complying with the company’s purchasing policy.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams during month-end close, preparing accrual journal entries and supporting reclassifications.
• Maintain and update capital expenditure reports by project.
• Provide support to the administrator of the Adaptive financial planning tool.
• Assist Finance team members with monthly financial performance reporting.
• Build strong working relationships with Finance colleagues in Mexicali and Carlsbad and travel quarterly to Carlsbad to support team alignment.
• Maintain accurate written documentation of procedures, and ensure files and records meet company and regulatory requirements.
• Uphold the company’s values and culture by demonstrating professionalism and accountability in your day-to-day work.
• Actively contribute to a culture of engagement.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 6 months of experience in a financial or accounting role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
