DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform monthly headcount reconciliation and allocations between the financial system and payroll data to support monthly actuals and updates to forecast.
  • Run standardized and ad hoc reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis to share with Tech Finance leadership.
  • Run subledger reports out of Oracle to support the Finance team during month end close.
  • Perform research and analysis of variances to plan, by reviewing invoices and other journal entries posted by the Accounting team.
  • Support the Finance team with annual budget preparations and analysis.
  • Document processes and procedures ensuring it complies with Company guidelines and recommend process flow improvements.
  • Perform backup function especially in cases of high volume or shortage of manpower.
  • Escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Assist the team with ad hoc analysis and projects throughout the year as needed.

  • Ability to forge strong partnerships with other parts of the business outside of their direct team, as needed, to drive to an end goal.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to correspond and speak with various parts of the business effectively.
  • Comfortable with working in Excel and Google sheets.
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and improve proficiency in the systems required.
  • Ability to make accurate, independent decisions based on data provided.
  • Must be flexible and customer focused.
  • Possess a positive attitude. Can manage conflict and maintain position while being sensitive to overall relationships.
  • Ability to follow through and meet deadlines consistently.
