Una empresa en Tijuana busca un Analista Financiero para analizar datos financieros y proporcionar información clave para la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Este rol responsable incluye el monitoreo de tendencias financieras, la preparación de informes, y el análisis de costos en un entorno manufacturero. Se requiere un grado en contabilidad o finanzas y experiencia en contabilidad de costos, así como conocimientos en Oracle ERP y habilidades analíticas. Formación

  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en una empresa manufacturera.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia sólida en contabilidad de costos.

Descripción del empleo

The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data and providing insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.

The Financial Analyst will also monitor financial trends, prepare financial reports, and collaborate with others to ensure accurate financial forecasting and budgeting.

  • Analyze the average unit cost calculated by the system to validate the valuation of inventory costs for registration.
  • Determine the unit costs of a new CPO.
  • Prepare P&L reports by area and business line to review gross margin.
  • Verify receipt of materials and their variations (cost and quality) to ensure the reliability of system data and material cost calculations.
  • Develop, review, and analyze reports such as inventory, production orders, load, variations, and action plans; prepare weekly scrap reports and capex control reports.

Establish standard costs and collect operational data to facilitate budgeting and decision-making.

Guide the cost analysis process by developing and enforcing policies and procedures for accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.

Prepare reports and projections based on financial analyses, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Identify the financial status by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts to evaluate organizational performance.

Conduct financial forecasting, develop business plans, and perform variance analysis to track performance.

Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure compliance with GAAP.

Prepare financial analyses through in-depth research on financial and cost-saving performance measures.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
  • Minimum of 3 years of solid cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with cost systems and excellent analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP.
  • Current valid US Visa.
