Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to monitor, analyze, and optimize operating expenses, budget management, absorption, production order variances and scrap.

This role provides timely insights to support decision-making, cost control, and operational efficiency across the organization. The successful candidate will partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to reduce scrap and improve financial results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency are essential.
• English fluency, both spoken and written, is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Track scrap levels, calculate financial impact, and generate scrap performance reports.
• Prepare dashboards and financial reports for management.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, controls, and audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support internal/external audits.
• Analyze root causes of significant variances and prepare concise variance explanations for all production orders.
• Monitor and analyze OPEX and CAPEX spending by department and cost center.
• Perform variance analysis and explain deviations from budget and forecast.
• Support annual budget (AOP) preparation and rolling forecast.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to reduce scrap and improve financial results.
