Position: Controlling
BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is seeking a Controlling to join our PowerDrive System business unit. The Controlling will be responsible for developing complex financial analyses, providing reports and studies to management, and managing the plant's annual budget, expenditures, and statistical reporting, including variance explanations and cost analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct financial analysis and support other departments with statistical studies.
  • Prepare and review the annual budget and monthly forecasts with different departments.
  • Upload monthly results to Onestream / HFM.
  • Prepare and upload monthly forecasts to Onestream / HFM.
  • Perform inventory reconciliation.
  • Prepare guarantees provisions.
  • Support explanations for the monthly results package for management meetings.
  • Perform financial model quotes (RSM) for the SLP plant.
  • Manage the monthly closing process for assigned areas, including account reconciliation.
  • Ensure the integrity of accounting records by reviewing expense and provision accounts regularly.
  • Prepare provisions for expenses and pending services entries.
  • Assist in executing the Annual Physical Inventory with the Materials and Logistics team.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Public Accountant or Bachelor's Degree in Administration.
  • At least 2 years in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of general accounting, costs, budgets, financial statements, and audits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and ERP systems.
