FARO CREAFORM in Mexico invites a Financial Analyst to ensure accurate, scalable sales compensation programs and to support global growth. You will work with Sales and Finance to manage commissions, reporting, and plan administration in a fast-paced international setting.

Ideal candidates have a Finance/Accounting background, 3–5 years in finance, advanced Excel, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 3–5 years in finance, accounting, or sales operations.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with commission management tools such as Callidus is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales commissions and incentives.
• Act as the primary contact for commission questions from Sales.
• Maintain compensation plans, targets, rates, and exceptions.
• Review and validate commission data for accuracy.
• Prepare compensation reports, analytics, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance to support controls and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate compensation processes.
• Support global standardization of sales compensation practices.

Are you passionate about data analysis, process optimization, and supporting high-performing sales teams? As a FinancialAnalyst at FARO CREAFORM, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our sales compensation programs while contributing to the growth of our global sales organization.

You'll collaborate closely with Sales and Finance teams to manage commission calculations, reporting, process improvements, and compensation plan administration in a fast-paced international environment.

Key responsibilities in this Financial Analyst position:

• Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales commissions and incentives
• Act as the primary contact for commission-related questions from the Sales team
• Maintain compensation plans, targets, rates, and exception management
• Review and validate commission data to ensure accuracy
• Prepare compensation reports, analytics, and financial reconciliations
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to support quality controls and commission processes
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate compensation processes
• Support global standardization of sales compensation practices

What will help you succeed in this Financial Analyst position:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, sales operations, or a similar environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with commission management tools such as Callidus is an asset
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative, international environment
