Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or related experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP, BPC/EPM, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Strong communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly variance analyses against budget, forecast, and prior-year results; communicate drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the annual operating plan, monthly forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, validation, and reporting.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial and operational reports and performance metrics.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations using SAP, BPC/EPM, Power BI, Tableau.
• Assist in monthly management reporting packages and executive presentations.
• Partner with finance and business teams to identify trends and improve processes.
• Contribute to finance transformation projects through analysis, testing, and documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and provide insights for outcomes.

The Financial Analyst supports financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis for U.S. functional departments. • Assist in the preparation of monthly management reporting packages and executive presentations.

• Contribute to finance transformation, systems implementation, and process improvement initiatives through analysis, documentation, testing, and project support.
• Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and provide insights that support successful project outcomes.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or related experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
