A leading personal care company in Mexico City is looking for a Financial Accountant P2P with experience in finance and accounting. The role involves responsibility for financial accounting, monthly closings, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Candidates should have a shared services background and be fluent in both English and Spanish. This full-time position is suited for individuals with strong communication and analytical skills.

Formación

3+ years of professional experience in finance and accounting in a Shared Service environment.
Good knowledge of international accounting standards (US GAAP).

Responsabilidades

Responsibility for the financial accounting and monthly closings.
Coordination and preparation of financial statements according to local GAAP and IFRS.
Ensure financial compliance both internal & external.

Your Tasks

Responsibility for the financial accounting and monthly closings

Cost center accounting and preparation of Statement of Income (SOI) according to US GAPP and IFRS andgroup-specific guidelines.

Coordination and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS.

Ensuring integration between the SAP modules FI, CO and SD.

Self-reliant analysis and documentation of accounts and financial statements.

Contact for financial and tax auditors.

Responsible for G/L account and cost center master data and account assignment specifications.

Ensure financial compliance both internal & external.

Active development of processes and systems in financial accounting.

Participation in international projects

Your Profile

Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in business administration with focus on finance and accounting or similar field of study.

3+ years professional experience in finance and accounting in a Shared Service environment.

Good knowledge of international accounting standards (US GAAP).

Fluent English & Spanish language
