A leading logistics company in Mexico is seeking a Finance LEAN & Transformation Partner to drive the LEAN culture and support transformation initiatives across Global Service Centers. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of experience with LEAN methodologies and a strong background in change management. Here’s the Deal:The Finance LEAN & Transformation Partner will be responsible for driving the LEAN culture and supporting transformation initiatives across our Global Service Centers (GSC). This role will be central in enabling capability building, embedding LEAN practices, and ensuring high-impact training and development programs are executed effectively. You'll work across multiple stakeholders and regions to support process maturity, improve performance, and sustain change.
Key ResponsibilitiesLEAN and Continuous Improvement
Execute the global Finance GSC LEAN agenda.
Drive local LEAN culture, coaching teams and promoting behavioral change.
Conduct Gemba walks and process confirmations to engage with teams on the ground.
Facilitate Kaizen events and problem-solving sessions.
Lead OS Leadership Training and “LEAN for All” programs.
Maintain oversight of LEAN training participation; coach teams and individuals.
Communicate LEAN successes across the Finance organization.
Collaborate with GPELs and BPEs to close performance gaps.
Finance Transformation & Learning
Support design and delivery of upskilling programs in coordination with the Finance L&D team.
Ensure TREE onboarding program is completed by all GSC new joiners.
Deliver LEAN training for APMT execution teams.
Track and drive participation in both live and digital learning solutions.
Identify capability gaps and propose learning interventions (training, focus sessions, knowledge sharing, etc.).
Gather feedback to continuously improve onboarding and training delivery.
Experience & Skills
3–5 years of hands-on experience with LEAN methodologies.
Strong background in change management, coaching, and stakeholder engagement.
Comfortable working with all levels of the organization — from frontline to senior leadership.
Experience working in matrix environments and global organizations.
Project management skills; LEAN certification required.
L&D background or experience in competency frameworks and learning evaluation is a plus.
Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Viva.
Finance knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.

This role reports formally to the Head of Finance Transformation and is managed daily by the APMT Finance Academy and LEAN Lead.
You’ll work closely with GPELs, Process Leads, BPEs, and regional LEAN teams to deliver excellence.
Regular interaction with Finance FPOs to promote standardization and best practices.
