Formación

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent in Finance required.
• Experience in Finance and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Job Summary

Effective supervision of the daily activities and movement of Fixed Assets, control and manage of the FA data base. Daily contact with project managers to validate the advance of the projects to be capitalized and weekly review the Assets Under Construction (AUC).

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the Accounting Manager and the Controller with analysis and tasks required respectively.
• Responsible for maintaining and complying with financial policies and procedures.
• Seminal review of cash requirements.
• Coordination of account reconciliations in an accurate and effective manner.
• Works as custodian of compliance with rules and regulations established by the department and by the corporation in financial transactions.
• Take strict control and care of financial statement books.
• Coordinator of the month closures in an accurate and timely manner.
• Keep up to date the registration of fixed assets for any report and request for information by the Accounting Department, the Controller, or the administration.
• Appropriate management of financial transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Bring the daily wages and keep them up to date.
• Responsible for conducting cross-company reconciliations.
• Support uploading JEs to managers.
• Take control of balance sheets in the company's bank accounts to keep cash flow management informed.
• Support external audit requirement Deloitte, KPMG, etc.…
• Responsible for monthly upload of Journals entries and accruals.
• Weekly OT preparation report and analysis and send it to all managers responsible.
• Responsible of the Fixed Asset impairment report 2 times a year or as required.

About You

• Degree in Business Administration, Costs or Equivalent in Finance.
• Previous work experience in Finance.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.
• Analytical and detail oriented.
