Finance Shared Services Center - Specialist

Why We Have This Role

We are thrilled to expand our Shared Services Center to Mexico. The Qualtrics Finance Shared Services Center is a pillar of the Finance organization and allows Qualtrics to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness as well as quality of the finance processes while delivering global end-to-end process standards.

How You’ll Find Success

Within the Finance Shared Services team, we have several openings across the Billings Team, Accounting, and Accounts Receivable team. This team is responsible for issuing Qualtrics company invoices and performing all Qualtrics billing related tasks. As the group who manages the very end of the sales cycle, the team will connect a wide variety of functions from sales to operations to accounting and ensure a smooth and efficient billing cycle. The team provides timely and relevant reporting and support projects for the overall Finance organization.

We are looking for a full-time Finance Specialist who can work across internal teams, solve complex problems, and make the sales and renewal cycle a fantastic experience for our stakeholders. Our team is key for ensuring the accuracy of company sales, renewals, and financial forecasting, and we need the right person to join our unstoppable force.

Things You’ll Do

• Manage a collections portfolio of customer invoices
• Facilitate a smooth process for our clients to pay for their licenses
• Manage emails and cases requested by the sales organization and customers
• Partner with sales representatives who close deals to obtain purchase orders
• Work with team leads and managers to address process gaps or inefficiencies and drive improvements
• Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with other teams and departments
• Support the training of new team members
• Follow Qualtrics processes and use application tools available in NetSuite/Salesforce
• Support ad-hoc queries and contribute to projects
• Support requests from external and internal auditors
• Demonstrate analytical skills: Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities to review sales opportunities, contracts, and quotes accurately.
• Demonstrate financial knowledge: Understanding of finance processes and ability to manage the collections cycle for new business.
• Demonstrate data management competency: Managing finance cases, handling key performance indicators, and participating in the monthly close process.

What We’re Looking For In Your Resume

• 1-2 years of experience in Collections or related field
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders
• Proven ability to deliver hard savings, build strong provider relations, and drive change
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
