PPG is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to establish and continually improve the quality framework for accounting and finance processes within the Shared Services organization. You will lead QA reviews, drive CAPA, and ensure SOX compliance across R2R, P2P, and O2C, partnering with audit and controllership teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, CIA, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred.
• 8+ years in Accounting, Finance Operations, Shared Services, Audit, or Process Excellence.
• 3+ years in Quality Assurance or Operational Excellence leadership.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, internal controls, and financial compliance.
• Experience supporting global shared services organizations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality reviews and process audits across R2R, P2P, O2C and other finance processes.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive QA program for accounting operations.
• Define and monitor quality standards, metrics, and KPIs.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement CAPA plans.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, External Audit, Controllership and Compliance teams.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma initiatives and process automation opportunities.
