A leading distribution company in Monterrey seeks a Finance Project Lead to guide key initiatives that improve systems and streamline operations. You will lead finance modernization projects, collaborate across departments, and ensure strong financial controls. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields, 5+ years of experience in finance or project management, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

• 5+ years of Finance and or Project Management experience.
• Strong understanding of financial processes such as O2C, electronic invoice, payment complement.
• Experience with ERP Implementation (Oracle, SAP, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance system modernization projects, including ERP implementations, upgrades and digital transformation efforts.
• Partner with teams across Finance, IT and Operations to align projects with business goals.
• Test new Finance technology solutions, ensuring accurate documentation and strong accounting controls.
• Recommend workflow, process and reporting improvements to drive efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or IT.
• 5+ years of Finance and or Project Management experience.
• Strong understanding of financial processes such as O2C, electronic invoice, payment complement.
• Experience with ERP Implementation (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) – 100% in both verbal and written communication.
