The role focuses on aligning financial performance with project delivery, optimizing investments, and providing actionable insights. Strong collaboration with multiple teams and willingness to travel internationally will be essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience in finance or management.
• Experience in electronics industry.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and complex portfolios.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong background in financial analysis within project environments.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Lead a portfolio of high-value, complex projects and strategic initiatives.
• Align business strategy, financial goals, and project execution.
• Establish governance frameworks and KPIs.
• Own project budgets including planning, forecasting, cost tracking.
• Partner with Finance to maintain financial discipline.
• Develop executive dashboards and performance metrics.
• Translate large datasets into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
