Scopely is seeking a high-performing Finance Manager to join the team behind MONOPOLY GO!, one of the fastest-growing mobile games in the world. This is a rare opportunity at a technology company to take on a highly visible, high-impact role at a dynamic and rapidly scaling global gaming company.

As a Finance Manager, you will act as a strategic business partner to the game leadership team, driving key decisions through financial insight, data-backed analysis, and proactive problem-solving. You’ll own end-to-end financial planning and decision support for key business segments of MONOPOLY GO!, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, and play a pivotal role in optimizing performance and shaping long-term growth strategy.

This role offers a unique blend of strategy, operations, and analytics—with the chance to influence executive-level decisions in a business unit operating at the scale of a standalone company. You’ll work directly with the co-GMs and cross-functional leaders, with clear opportunities to grow into broader leadership roles across Scopely’s global portfolio.

What We’re Looking For:

• A successful track record of superior financial and strategic analysis with delivered recommendations
• Problem solver used to high ownership, autonomy, and being expected to "bring the answer, not just the issue."
• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior executives through sharp analysis and clear communication
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; experience with financial systems, BI tools, or SQL is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, move quickly, and deliver in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Interest or experience in AI, automation, or FP&A system innovation
• A passion for games, consumer products, or technology-driven businesses is a strong plus
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and exhibit the highest personal and professional integrity and ethics
• High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision performing a wide range of strategic tasks

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is provided below. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$146,000 — $185,000 USD
