Job summary

Flex is seeking a Manager Finance located in Guadalajara North to coordinate month-end closing, budgeting and rolling forecasts for the local organization.

Reporting to the Sr Director Finance, you will develop and maintain systems and policies to ensure accurate data, SOX compliance, and timely financial insights for senior leadership. You will manage inter-company vouchers, support audits, and ensure regulatory compliance across corporate and local requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience.
• MBA preferred.
• CPA, CMA, CA, CGA or APICS certification preferred.
• Demonstrates expert operations, technical and people/process skills; strong relationship skills.
• Knowledge of Flex and related business; strategic impact across sites.

Responsibilities

• Directs budgets and twelve-month rolling forecasts.
• Prepares reports summarizing income, expenses and earnings.
• Ensures Sarbanes Oxley compliance and supports audits.
• Inter-company vouchers between Flex divisions and financial analyses at project/site level.
• Provides timely reviews of financial status to senior leadership.
