Flextronics - The Flex Company, based in Guadalajara North, is seeking a Manager Finance to coordinate month-end closing, forecasting and budgeting. The role ensures accurate financial statements in compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act and develops, implements and maintains systems and policies across the organization.

You will provide senior leadership with timely financial reviews, manage inter-company reporting, and support audits while driving process improvements and robust controls

Qualifikationen

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• MBA preferred for advanced finance leadership.

Aufgaben

• Directs month-end closing processes and prepares budgets and forecasts.
• Generates and analyzes rolling 12-month forecasts and financial reports.
• Maintains compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act and corporate policies.
• Provides detailed financial analysis and projections at project and site level.
• Interacts with senior leadership to review financial status and business performance.
• Supports internal and external audits and improves financial systems.
