Jobtailor in Mexico is seeking an experienced Oracle Solutions Architect to analyze client needs and implement Oracle software solutions across engagements.

The role will lead Oracle projects, develop and configure applications, mentor teams, train clients, and drive process improvements using ADF, OCI, and BI Publisher, with a focus on timely delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle related roles
• Proficiency in English (oral and written)
• MBA or Master’s in CS/IT/Engineering/Data Science preferred
• Proficiency in Oracle ADF and BI Publisher
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Strong process improvement and optimization skills in Oracle environments
• Ability to embrace change and innovation in business transformation projects
• Analytical thinking and strategic questioning skills
• Mentoring skills and team leadership

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Master's or Master of Business Administration degree in Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Data Science preferred
• Proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher
• Experience utilizing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Skills in process improvement and optimization within Oracle environments
• Ability to embrace change and innovation in business transformation projects
• Analytical thinking and strategic questioning skills
• Mentoring skills
