A logistics company in Mexico is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for the Last Mile Delivery Business Unit. The role includes developing financial reports, conducting cost analysis, and providing insights to support business strategies. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of financial experience, preferably in logistics, with proficiency in both Chinese and Spanish.

About Salary:The annual salary for this position is 700,000–1400,000MXN, including a year-end bonus.
Job Description:
1.Responsible for financial management of Cainiao Mexico Last Mile Delivery Business Unit. Build and continuously improve financial management reports and analytical evaluation systems to support core business decisions such as budget management, logistics pricing, and cost control.
2.Establish and optimize the business financial analysis and reporting systems. Regularly produce review reports on operational and financial performance, and independently assess the input-output efficiency of key decisions and activities.
3.Based on internal and external market trends, conduct regular or ad hoc analysis on business strategies, budget execution, and key projects. Provide optimization recommendations through financial indicators and ensure follow-up implementation.
4.Conduct cost analysis for the business. Assist with backend resource development, onboarding and management of partners, support business teams in commercial negotiations, and empower partner development.
5.Engage in business development, offer constructive financial suggestions, prevent risks, and lead the creation and implementation of systematic financial solutions.
6.Through monthly/quarterly reports, lead the setting and tracking of business performance indicators. Analyze discrepancies from multiple perspectives (finance, business, etc.), and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
7.Continuously improve the BU’s financial management procedures and policies, balancing business growth support with internal control and risk management.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of financial work experience; logistic industry background is preferred.Chinese and Spanish are available as working languages;
2.Solid financial knowledge and strong willingness to learning; proactive in driving projects and solving problems.
3.Strong communication skills and team spirit; positive, adaptable, and energetic.
4.Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.; SQL experience is a plus. Experience in business analysis with the ability to produce structured and systematic outputs.
