Role Responsibilities

  • Create detailed financial models to evaluate business scenarios, profitability, and investment opportunities. Conceptualize and prepare information for the Board of Directors, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of dashboards and KPIs for monitoring business health and operational efficiency at branch, entity, and Group levels. Identify and evaluate the key challenges and gaps in business performance and evolving business needs, to deliver analysis that provides a foundation for management understanding and action.
  • Provide decision support as required including meaningful, value-added profitability analysis for new product lines, promotional campaigns, restructuring initiatives etc. to guide the management in developing business and pricing strategies. Add value through professional, independent and objective financial analysis and advice enabling informed strategic decisions and choices.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Business Development) for financial reporting and decision support. Collaborate with IT and various stakeholders in data warehousing initiatives, and data integrity including optimizing extraction of relevant data from the database using data extraction tools.
  • Focus on identifying, implementing and documenting products processes in an automated manner.
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of reporting in addition to working closely with the regulatory accounting team to ensure compliance with Local and corporate regulations and policies.
  • Any additional tasks as required by the immediate line of authority.

Role Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written English and Spanish skills are required.
  • A bachelor’s in business administration, Accounting, Finance, Math and 7 or more years’ experience, or equivalent in Finance.
  • Analytical skills and logical thinker with effective time management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel.
