Job summary

GE Vernova in Monterrey, Mexico is launching the Finance Management Program - Mexico 2027, a two-year early career development program designed to accelerate your growth in finance. You will rotate across finance domains, receive formal training, and learn from experienced leaders to build technical and professional skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance Management or Finance from an accredited university.
• Graduation by 2026 or before July 2027.
• Basic experience in Asset Management & Executive Support.
• Finance Master’s holders are encouraged to apply with under 4 years since bachelor graduation.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotational assignments over two years across finance disciplines.
• Gain hands-on experience through business-critical projects that support GE Vernova priorities.
• Work in Monterrey, Mexico, supporting key business priorities through rotations.
• Contribute to high-impact projects under guidance from experienced leaders.
• Develop understanding of finance disciplines and real-world business challenges in energy.
