Job summary

OPmobility SE in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Program & RD controller graduate to join the core team on development projects. You will learn budgets and control tools while mastering the project finance model and supporting milestone planning.

You will use SAP, Excel at an advanced level, and Oracle HFM Plus, communicating financial concepts clearly to non-financial colleagues and contributing to monthly financial analyses for international management teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate in business/finance with international exposure.
• Familiar with SAP and advanced Excel; knowledge of Oracle HFM Plus.
• Strong financial literacy and ability to communicate with non-financial teams.

Responsibilities

• Master the project finance model and improve the tool for projects.
• Support the preparation of financial program milestones.
• Create and prepare monthly reports for local and division levels; enhance processes/tools.
• Cost center budget monitoring (Headcount & expenses).
• Support hourly booking processes in ERP software.

• Share monthly financials and analyses with technical management; drive improvements.

Profile

You are an initiative-taking young graduate from a Business School or University with a strong interest for finance and controlling. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g., one semester or year outside your home country).

You are a collaborator, a self-learner and have good organizational and time management skills. You are familiar with the software SAP and have an advanced knowledge of Excel. You also have experience with Oracle HFM Plus.

You are open-minded and with a sincere desire to learn and work in a team, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career.

A first experience or internship in the automotive sector or in project management can be a plus.

Your English and Spanish are fluent.
