Eaton in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico seeks an Early Talent Leadership Development Program - Finance to develop future finance leaders through three 12-month assignments. The program includes FP&L, Operations Finance, and Controllership rotations, with opportunities to interact with Eaton leaders and prepare for advanced roles.

Participants gain cross-functional exposure and build leadership skills, with potential transitions to Financial Analyst, Cost Accountant, or Auditor after completion.

• Graduation date no more than 2 years ago with an average of 8.0 or higher.
• Geographical flexibility to relocate.
• Ability to speak a second language fluently (English).
• Demonstrated leadership or coordination in campus or community activities.
• Prior internship or co-op in a manufacturing or corporate setting is a plus.

Position Overview

The Eaton Leadership Development Program Finance & Accounting is a two-year program that involves 3 assignments in an Eaton facility that each last 12 months.

• FP&L (Financial Planning & Analysis) - 1 year.
• Operations Finance Rotation - 6 months.
• Specialty Rotation (Controllership, internal audit, Global Finance Accounting or Taxes) - 6 months.

In an effort to maximize your development, each assignment has the potential to have you placed in different facilities, different businesses, and/or different functions during the length of your program. Your assignments will give you multiple opportunities to hone your leadership skills. You will also have the opportunity to interact with and present to Eaton leaders during your assignments.

After completion of the program, your experience and newly acquired skills could qualify you for roles such as Financial Analyst, Cost Accountant or Auditor.

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance or similar from an accredited institution, with a graduation date no more than 2 years ago and general average of 8.0 or higher.
• Geographical flexibility to relocate.
• Ability to speak a second language fluenty (English).
• Having performed an extracurricular activity at the same time as the professional career: sports, job experience, academic exchange or others.
• Demonstrated ability to lead others within campus and/or community.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 months of prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing setting.
