Genpact is seeking an IT Finance Project Manager to oversee multiple cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to scope. The role supports 3-5 initiatives concurrently and requires building strong stakeholder relationships across finance and IT.

The position offers a remote work setup with EST work hours and requires experience in finance technology, Oracle EBS, and Workday. A CAPM certification is preferred and a BS/BA in a related field is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with finance technology implementations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis skills.
• Ability to influence and manage teams without direct reporting.
• Experience with multiple concurrent projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 3-5 small to medium projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts.
• Monitor performance, budgets, and risks; adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and manage change.
• Support senior PMOs on larger initiatives.
