Responsibilities

• Identify and verify assets by brand, model, and serial numbers.
• Tag assets and generate labels.
• Populate fixed assets master list.
• Create a file with supporting documents for each asset.
• Photograph assets.
• Assist with analysis and fixed assets investigations.

What You'll Do

This position is created to participate in the activities of the Fixed Assets Inventory project.

Funciones Esenciales. Responsabilidades Especificas

• Asset identification/verification (based on brand, model, serial, etc.)
• Asset tagging and tag generation (labels)
• Collaborate in the population of fixed assets master list
• Create a file (with supporting documents) for each asset
• Take pictures of assets
• Assist with analysis and fixed assets investigation.

• Professional career in Accounting or Student
• Requires no previous experience
• Excel and Adobe knowledge.
