Job summary

Enovis invites applications for a Fixed Assets Inventory support role in Mexico. This position participates in the Fixed Assets Inventory project, identifying and verifying assets by brand, model, and serial numbers, tagging assets, and helping populate the fixed assets master list.

No prior experience is required for candidates with an accounting background or current student status. Proficiency in Excel and Adobe, strong organization, urgency, and communication skills are valued.

• Asset identification/verification (based on brand, model, serial, etc.)
• Asset tagging and tag generation (labels)
• Collaborate in the population of fixed assets master list
• Create a file (with supporting documents) for each asset
• Take pictures of assets
• Assist with analysis and fixed assets investigation.
