SARELLY is seeking a Finance Manager in Mexico City to act as a hands-on finance operator and business partner. You will own day-to-day finance functions, build a single trusted view of the business, and enforce disciplined cash management across the org.

You will report to the CFO and collaborate with founders and functional leaders. Responsibilities span cash forecasting, FP&A, budgeting, margins, and data/system improvements.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in FP&A, commercial finance or financial operations in a hands-on role.
• Experience in consumer, beauty, retail, wholesale or ecommerce preferred.
• Strong ownership of cash forecasting, P&Ls, planning and working capital.
• Comfortable operating across US/Mexico or other multi-entity environments.
• Highly analytical with strong systems, data and reporting skills.
• Independent judgment and clear communication; proactive in challenging assumptions.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast to ensure liquidity.
• Run disciplined payment-planning cadence and monitor working-capital drivers.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and scenario planning.
• Deliver timely monthly reporting and business reviews with insights.
• Develop unit economics and profitability views by channel; support pricing decisions.
• Partner with accounting to ensure data quality and compliance; improve ERP/BI flows.
• Act as a practical finance partner to founders and cross-functional teams.
