Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Finance Director to lead the Americas finance team, overseeing six manufacturing sites (five in Mexico, one in Texas). You will drive strategic and operational leadership with a focus on cost control, reporting, and internal controls across the network.

The role requires extensive manufacturing finance experience, multi-site leadership, and cross-border financial management to deliver value-added insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance and operations leadership.
• 3+ years of multi-site finance leadership.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• MBA preferred; bachelor in Finance or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor plant controllers across six sites.
• Drive cost accounting, standard costing, and KPIs.
• Ensure financial reporting and control across Mexico and Texas.
• Oversee capital expenditure evaluation and ROI analysis.
• Partner with operations and HR for workforce planning and inventory management.
