Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Finance Director to lead the Americas manufacturing finance teams across 6 sites, including 5 in Mexico and 1 in Texas. You will drive cost improvements, capital ROI analyses, and cross-border financial management while maintaining strong controls and insightful reporting.

You will partner with operations leadership to optimize workforce, inventory, and working capital, delivering strategic financial guidance across the multi-site network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in manufacturing finance with ops leadership.
• 3+ years multi-site finance leadership; bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational finance and cost management across 6 sites.
• Oversee workforce planning, headcount metrics and productivity.
• Drive capital planning and ROI analyses for projects.
• Optimize inventory and working capital; monitor liquidity.
• Ensure timely financial reporting with strong internal controls.
• Partner with plant managers and execs to enable cross-border decisions.
