Responsibilities
The Opportunity:
The Data Engineer & Analyst will play a critical role in the success of the Mosaic (global planning tool). Mosaic is transforming the way FP&A teams work across PepsiCo markets by enhancing the availability and quality of financial data for senior leadership.
This role is responsible for live market support, focusing on resolving data issues, ensuring data quality, and optimizing data flow within the system. The candidate will provide guidance on data sources, system connectivity, and data transformation logic while conducting root cause analysis and deploying solutions. Additionally, they will assist local teams in preparing their data for Mosaic, ensuring compliance with Data Quality Rules (DQRs) and SPOT standards.
The role requires close collaboration with IT/BRM, Sector FP&A, the Cockpit team, and other functional teams, including Net Revenue Management, Global Procurement, Coman, and Supply Chain.
