Job summary

Grundfos is seeking an Accounting Specialist to drive accurate financial reporting and statutory statements across multiple entities. Based at the Apodaca facility, you’ll streamline processes with SAP and work closely with Finance Controlling teams.

You'll deliver monthly and year-end closes, manage balance sheets, and support external audits while ensuring compliance and control across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-4+ years of experience in a Corporate Finance or Financial role using SAP.
• Fluency in English.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate monthly and year-end reporting according to SAP standards and statutory financial statements for legal entities.
• Own balance sheets across segments and cost allocations between performance units; ensure timely reporting.
• Lead external audit processes and serve as main contact for authorities and outsourcing partners.
• Drive harmonization, efficiency, and control across global finance closing and statutory processes.
• Maintain a strong control environment at legal entity level and act as the single point of contact for Finance Business Partners.
