Bacardi-Martini is seeking a finance professional in Tultitlán to manage Balance Sheet accounts and support month-end close. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in finance, strong analytical skills, and SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities include reviewing discrepancies, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and collaborating with various finance teams. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields is required, along with proficiency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling.
• Experience in Balance Sheet analysis and reconciliation.
• Exposure to Trade Spend / commercial finance (preferred).
• Language: Spanish. English is a must have.

Responsabilidades

• Perform reconciliation and review of assigned Balance Sheet accounts.
• Support month-end close, ensuring alignment between P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and corporate accounting policies.
• Act as a liaison with Supply Finance / Plant Controlling teams.
