MAHLE in Juárez, MX is seeking an Analyst to maintain daily accounting records, prepare reconciliations, monthly reports, and support closing processes. This role supports tax compliance, audits, and asset management in a continuous improvement mindset.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 3+ years in general accounting (maquiladora preferred), bilingual English/Spanish, and SAP proficiency. Located in Juárez, full-time, on-site position.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (intermediate-advanced).
• 3+ years of general accounting experience, preferably in a maquiladora.
• Knowledge of accounting standards (NIF / US GAAP is a plus).
• Experience in annual inventory and cycle counting.
• Knowledge of tax compliance and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Analyst daily accounting records ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare balance accounts reconciliations and account analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Manage and follow up on accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support monthly and annual closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
• Manage internal and external audits.
• Analyze financial variances and provide recommendations.
• Participate in continuous improvement of accounting processes.
• Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Support Annual physical inventory processes.
