• 3 years of experience as a financial controller, auditor, or accountant.
• Working knowledge of accounting and controlling aspects.
• Hands-on mentality and pragmatism.

• Contribute to finance projects, including ERP implementation.
• Prepare internal and external management reporting packages.

What you'll do:

• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS
• Analyse the impact of business actions on financial results
• Prepare internal and external management reporting packages
• Set the right goals to steer the company and follow up on their progress
• Contribute to ensuring accurate and reliable accounting data
• Provide insightful analyses regarding sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency
• Contribute to finance projects (major one being ERP implementation)
• Act as a business partner for non-finance stakeholders

Who we're looking for:

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting
• 3 years of experience as a financial controller, auditor or accountant
• Working knowledge of accounting and controlling aspects
• Proven Ms Excel skills, MsDynamics is a plus
• Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with all levels in an organization
• Hands-on mentality, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and pragmatism
• Excellent communication skills in English
