Plexus Corp. is seeking a Financial Analyst - Business Partner to provide financial leadership to Customer Focus Teams at our manufacturing sites.

The role emphasizes advancing financial acumen and strategic collaboration to drive profitability while balancing customer satisfaction for each program. The successful candidate will own financial forecasts, lead month-end closes, and influence operational decisions with margin and cost analyses.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; finance/economics preferred.
• 1 year of related experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial leadership to the Customer Focus Teams (CFT) with forecasts and insights.
• Lead the customer financial month-end close process across sites and teams.
• Influence operational decisions through margin and cost recovery analyses for CFT.
• Lead monthly customer sales and margin forecast process and pricing reviews using the Impact ECS tool.
