The Opportunity:
• Support PBNA Brand and Innovation team in the MCC and partner with the brand teams to deliver volume, net sales, share and profit through base and innovation growth.• To be a business partner for different teams such as Marketing, Commercialization, Sales, Supply Chain and other Finance Team’s providing financial visibility for decision making processes.• Give support with day-to-day analysis to find growth, efficiency and profitability opportunities across assigned brands.
Your Impact:
As Finance Brand & Innovation Analyst your functions would consist of
• Work cross functionally to develop and refine innovation P&Ls• Provide overall support for the period end results and preparation of the Innovation forecast • Create Channel/Customer promotional analysis to support business partners & innovation launches• Create, update, prepare ongoing periodic business reports• Understand key drivers of the P&L performance and deliver insights for stakeholders.• Work on key brand/region/customer initiatives to drive business performance• Support the annual operating plan (AOP) process• Performance analysis, including explanation of variance to plan, forecast and year ago• Building Periodic Operating Reviews (PORs) decks, providing comments, and creating ad hoc financial presentations for leadership meetings.• Analysis about brand performance, profit drivers, variation in profitability of PBNA mix. • Identify actual and potential losses by SKU, Customer within PBNA portfolio. • Discuss impact on parent brand performance.• Maintain complex Excel models• Develop PowerPoint presentation to communicate business results and insights• Manage exceptions through verbal and written interactions with cross functional task forces and Finance leadership• Collaborate with Marketing and Finance functions on ad-hoc projects• Create an inclusive and collaborative environment
Who Are We Looking For?
Experience
• 1 to 2 years of experience in finance and planning • Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP• Tableau/Power BI knowledge• Strong excel skills• Advanced English level (C1)
