Job summary

Brown-Forman Corporation is seeking a Finance Analyst to provide analytical support and partner with Finance Managers to analyze business performance. You will drive analytics across finance, sales, marketing and operations, support forecasting and pricing actions, and assist with monthly close processes.

The role emphasizes strong financial acumen, English fluency, and the ability to work both independently and with a team within a global premium beverages company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, statistics or engineering.
• 2+ years of business experience or equivalent.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with analytics software and data sources (e.g., MS Office, Google Apps, Tableau, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across finance, sales, marketing and operations to align analytics with business priorities.
• Perform descriptive and predictive analyses to generate actionable insights.
• Conduct post-promotional analyses to evaluate ROI and deal-level lift.
• Support forecasting processes and input for business reviews.
• Assist in pricing, discounting validation, and price structure maintenance.
• Partner with FP&A to support monthly, quarterly and year-end close activities.
