INDI Staffing Services is seeking a Finance Analyst to join our team and help drive growth. You will play a critical role in day-to-day operations and become a key member of our team, with opportunities for unique career growth.

Responsibilities include compiling reports, working with financial entities, handling accounts payable, and preparing monthly financial statements while ensuring tax compliance and timely reporting. English fluency and strong organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in finance roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced English, both spoken and written.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Compile comprehensive operational and transactional reports.
• Work with banking/financial entities, international agencies, or government officials.
• Assist in vendor and client registration, purchasing, and accounts payable.
• Data processing: update records in the company system.
• Support department programs, projects and processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Track due dates and compliance with US tax returns and other legal requirements.
