At The Coca-Cola Company, recognized worldwide for leadership in the beverage industry, we're looking for a Financial Coordinator based in Mexico. We want someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a dedication to keeping figures accurate. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling contracts, tracking payments, and maintaining our financial records.

What you'll do for us:
  1. Manage the accounts receivable process from third-party intercompany transactions.
  2. Communicate with clients, manage account integrations, and prepare balance sheet projections.
  3. Conduct internal audits in warehouses and monitor temporary locations and non-compliant materials.
  4. Assist in the fixed asset identification process.
  5. Generate reports for Finance, Production, and Warehouses.
  6. Update graphs related to temporary locations and PPV for the Finance communication center.
  7. Prepare the blocked stock variation report (Non-compliant Material) and update graphs for the communication center.
  8. Support in tagging newly capitalized assets.
  9. Follow up on transportation and supplier claims (RTV) in meetings.
  10. Calculate prices per part for sales to bottlers.
  11. Download information from SAP to generate various reports.
  12. Assist with miscellaneous invoicing and downloading sustainability tickets.
Qualifications needed:
  1. Experience with financial processes in large companies, preferably in FMCG sectors.
  2. Proficiency with Excel, Word, and financial systems like ERP or SAP.
  3. Strong teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills.
  4. Ability to focus on financial details while understanding the broader company operations.
