Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP/Hyperion a plus.
• Ability to communicate financial insights across departments.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for commercial functions.
• Analyze sales, margin, and pricing data by product, customer, and channel.
• Partner with commercial and sales teams on pricing strategies, promotions, and profitability.

This position will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive data-driven decisions and enhance profitability across product lines and customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for commercial functions.
• Analyze sales, margin, and pricing data by product, customer, and channel.
• Partner with commercial and sales teams to assess pricing strategies, promotions, and account profitability.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports, highlighting variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment across operations and commercial planning.
• Assist in the development of business cases for commercial initiatives and new customer opportunities.
• Maintain financial models and tools to support decision-making and scenario analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting related to commercial activities.
• Support internal control processes and compliance with financial policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a financial analysis or commercial finance role; experience in automotive or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP and/or Hyperion (HFM) is a plus.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly and effectively across departments.
