The role involves preparing forecasts, performing variance analysis, and developing financial reports. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and over 5 years of experience in financial analysis within a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in financial analysis within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of standard cost systems and KPI reporting.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, and Hyperion preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares monthly forecast (Outlook) and supports annual budget cycles.

• Performs variance analysis and supports financial reporting to GM and corporate.

• Supports transfer pricing reviews and standard cost accuracy.

• Develops dashboards and automated reports (Power BI or Excel-based).

• Supports audit preparation, reconciliations, and financial model validation.

• Participates in cost-saving initiatives and project impact validation.

• Analyzes CAPEX execution vs plan and tracks financial KPIs.

• Coordinates with Cost Accounting and Engineering for BOM validation.

• Assists in presenting operational and financial reviews.

• Leads standardization of financial reporting processes.

• Supports GM/PMO in financial viability of transfer projects.

• Tracks CAPEX investments, project risks, and ROI.

• Coordinates financial planning for project timelines and deliverables.

• Supports financial alignment in cross-functional transfer meetings.

• Documents project financial flows and updates reports for leadership.

• Tracks CI initiatives, savings, and validates with finance standards.

• Creates and presents business cases with project impact analysis.

• Monitors project-related inventory, assets, and spend.

• Aligns project results with strategic financial objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in finance, Accounting, or related field.

• 5+ years in financial analysis within manufacturing.

• Strong Excel, Power BI/Tableau knowledge.

• Knowledge of standard cost systems and KPI reporting.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• SAP Knowledge.

• Oracle and Hyperion Knowledge.
