Tiffany & Co. is seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to join their growing team in Mexico City. This role involves maintaining financial documentation, preparing reconciliations, and collaborating with the Finance Manager on budgets and forecasts. A successful candidate will be bilingual, possess strong analytical skills, and have at least three years of accounting experience.

Formación

  • 3+ years of experience in Accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury).
  • Bi-lingual English and Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

  • Maintain documentation for accounts payable, fixed assets, and treasury.
  • Prepare journal entries, analysis, and account reconciliations.
  • Work with Finance Manager on annual budget and forecasts.

Position Overview

Tiffany & Company is expanding our footprint into Mexico. We are actively looking for an experienced Finance Analyst to support our growing Tiffany & Co. Mexico team.

The Finance Analyst will be based in our Mexico City office.

Key Accountabilities
  • Numerical and analytical skills
  • Maintain documentation for accounts payable, fixed assets, and treasury, as well as conduct internal audits
  • Prepare journal entries, analysis, and account reconciliations
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Work with the Finance Manager and other divisions to develop the annual budget, monthly and quarterly business reviews, forecasts and strategic business plans.
  • Partner with the Finance Team to ensure accuracy of P&L.
  • Assist the Finance Team with ad hoc tasks, as needed
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Required Qualifications:
  • Bi-lingual English and Spanish
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
