Formación

• Experiencia de 2 años en roles financieros y en entornos de manufactura.
• Dominio de Excel, incluyendo tablas dinámicas y macros VBA.

Responsabilidades

• Preparar informes financieros y presupuestos anuales.
• Colaborar con diferentes departamentos para alinear objetivos financieros.
• Realizar análisis de variaciones de gastos y asegurar cumplimiento regulatorio.

Descripción del empleo

Responsibilities

• Determine Earned Hours Reports and Efficiency Reports
• Weekly Productivity report (including absorption and units produced)
• Review of Weekly and Monthly Expenses
• Prepare financial reports
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic reforecasts
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance
• Perform detailed expenses variance analysis to compare actual financial results with budget
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure financial alignment with business objectives
• Support with the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time
• Ensure financial practices comply with industry regulations and company policies
• Identify opportunities for improving financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Support the implementation of new financial software or tools to streamline workflows

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Accounting, or Finance
• Extensive experience in Excel: pivot tables, index, match, sumifs functions; VBA macros is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP Finance
• 2 or more years of experience in Finance Roles
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment & with cross-functional departments
• Familiarity with Oracle Esbasse, Hyperion
• English proficiency: 85%
• Proficiency in Office Windows: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle Esbasse, Hyperion
• Knowledge of TRESS, Contpaq is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; medium and long-term planning; ability to lead teams; teamwork; goal-oriented and results-driven; attention to detail and accuracy; time management; problem solving.
• Knowledge of human behavior and ability to work efficiently with individuals and groups (peers, superiors, and subordinates).
