Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting or related field and 2 years' related work experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience using automated accounting systems.
• Experience working with basic principles in accounting or in analyzing financial figures.
• Experience in database management or producing reports, or in the use of automated systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments, prepare routine journal entries, and maintain financial records.
• Support account reconciliations and close activities, and assist with audits and financial documentation.
• Verify transaction coding, supporting documentation, and compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Perform account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Maintain financial records, vendor files, and supporting documentation in retention-compliant formats.
• Support audits, reporting activities, and compliance reviews by providing requested documentation and information.
