Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Business Analyst specialized in Finacle to drive digital transformation for banking clients. You will translate business needs into functional requirements and collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and technical teams across the full project lifecycle.

In this role, you will design Finacle-based solutions, document specifications, and support deployment and post-implementation activities while leveraging Agile practices and strong communication with global delivery

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with the Finacle platform.
• Knowledge of Finacle Core Banking modules such as Core, Deposits, Lending, Trade Finance, or related products.
• Proven experience participating in banking technology implementation or transformation projects.
• Functional knowledge of banking products and processes, including deposits, lending, insurance, securities, or related domains.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong ability to lead client discussions, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel as required by project needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with banking clients to design end-to-end Finacle-based solutions that support digital transformation.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Define functional specifications for Finacle modules aligned with objectives and operations.
• Participate in end-to-end project delivery across requirements, design, testing, deployment and support.
• Facilitate workshops with clients to identify requirements and define effective solutions.
• Contribute to integration strategies between Finacle and the client's ecosystem.
• Act as the functional bridge between business teams and technical delivery teams.
• Support configuration and parameterization of Finacle solutions based on approved requirements.
