Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Specialist III - SVS - AERO to coordinate and oversee field-site activities for aeroderivative turbine projects. Responsibilities include planning, directing service operators, and ensuring smooth post-job handoffs at customer sites.

Fluent in English and Spanish, with 2–5 years in field service, and willingness to travel up to 90% for offshore and overseas assignments. L1 Boroscope and L1 maintenance experience highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree preferred. Industry experience and IET product line training required.
• Have at least 2-5 years of experience in field service or maintenance.
• Participated in minor/major outages, commissioning and installation.
• Know about L1 service - Boroscope.
• Know about Hot and Cold Section Exchange.
• Ability to understand and implement technical drawings.
• Know maintenance procedures for Aeroderivatives turbines.
• Troubleshooting experience.
• Travel up to 90% of time.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to work offshore and overseas.
• BOSIET/THUET certificates are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee field-site work and activities.
• Provide planning for the job, including crew instructions and equipment used.
• Coordinate and direct service operators during field tasks.
• Coordinate cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for next job.
• Interact with customer representatives and field site teams.
• Ensure records are provided to supervisor and follow safety procedures.
