NTT DATA is seeking a Field Services Technician to join our team in Santa Fe, CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico. You will perform basic configuration of desktops, notebooks, and printers, assisting with simple parts replacement and repair as needed.

Travel may be required; basic knowledge of Windows and solid client service skills are valued. This position offers the chance to contribute to local client projects while supporting a global technology services leader.

Formación

• Basic Windows operating system knowledge.
• Customer service skills are important for client interactions.
• Experience with desktops/notebooks/printers is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Performs basic configuration of desktop / notebook /printers.
• May assist with simple parts replacement and repair on desktops /notebooks/ printers.
• Travel may be required.
• Basic client service skills and communication.
