We are currently seeking a Field Services Technician to join our team in Mexicali, Baja California (MX-BCN), Mexico.

Position ID: 31407203 - Field Tech Senior Representative

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the on-site integration of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, including hardware, software, networking products, and operating systems.
• Perform on-site and/or remote installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripherals.
• Serve as the company liaison with clients on administrative and technical matters.
• Interpret client needs and clarify responsibilities for problem resolution, involving sales personnel, client support, or engineers as needed.
• Complete standard and recurring tasks within work area; escalate non-routine issues to management.
• Perform basic configuration and parts replacement on desktops, notebooks, and printers.
• Possess basic knowledge of Windows OS environment and client service skills.
• Manage assets effectively and perform physical requirements of the role.
• Travel may be significant, including overnight domestic and international trips.
