  • Automation Machinery Operations: Operate, inspect, and maintain fully automatic wire-processing equipment used for wire cutting, stripping, crimping, seal insertion, housing insertion, and related processes.

  • Inspection & Preventive Maintenance: Conduct equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs; identify potential risks and recommend improvements to increase equipment reliability and uptime.

  • Customer Technical Training: Provide hands‑on training to customer operators, maintenance personnel, and engineering teams on safe operation, routine inspections, basic troubleshooting, process adjustment, and maintenance.

  • Service Documentation: Submit service reports, FAT/SAT records, issue logs, parameter backups, spare‑parts usage records, and customer sign‑off documents as required. Support spare‑parts shipment, receipt, and inventory checks.

  • Compliance & Emergency Support: Comply with customer‑site safety rules, confidentiality requirements, and company service procedures; participate in scheduled remote and emergency technical support, and promptly elevate significant risks.

Qualifications

  • Education: Post‑secondary technical diploma or higher in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics, or a related discipline. Candidates with equivalent capabilities and extensive experience may also be considered.

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in field service, installation and commissioning, or equipment maintenance involving industrial equipment, automated production lines, or custom‑built machinery. Higher pay is offered for candidates with richer relevant experience.

  • Electrical & Automation: Ability to read electrical schematics and use multimeters and test instruments proficiently. Able to connect to PLCs for online diagnostics, program monitoring, and backup; troubleshoot HMIs, sensors, drive systems, and control components.

  • Mechanical & Pneumatics: Ability to read mechanical assembly drawings and pneumatic diagrams, with hands‑on capability in disassembly, adjustment, and replacement of transmission mechanisms and pneumatic components.

  • Process & Quality Awareness: Understanding of equipment acceptance, parameter calibration, issue verification, and process stability requirements. Wire harness processing experience preferred.

  • Digital & Documentation Skills: Proficient in computers, remote support tools, and office software, with strong capability in preparing service reports, parameter backups, and issue records.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish (essential for deep on‑site technical communication and training) and good proficiency in English for cross‑border meetings, technical document verification, and reporting to China HQ.
