AssetWatch is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, test, and service our Condition Based Monitoring solutions at client sites in accordance with defined specifications. The role requires mobility, the ability to work in confined industrial settings, and PPE, with travel up to 70% regionally.

You will maintain installation and service records, provide on-site technical support to ensure customer satisfaction, troubleshoot and repair installations, and collaborate with the field

Formación

• Experience with hand tools, air tools, and large tools specific to the job/test project.
• Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with industrial electronic systems including enclosures, cabinets, chassis, connectors, cabling, mounting hardware.
• Familiarity with industrial networking equipment and protocols.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance, commissioning new systems, and repairing equipment is a plus.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Install, test, and service AssetWatch Condition Based Monitoring solutions at client sites.
• Travel regionally up to 70% including overnight and air travel.
• Provide on-site technical support, troubleshoot and repair installations as needed.
• Maintain installation and field service records and manage tools/inventory.
• Interact professionally with customers and represent the company image.
